Founder’s perspective
Built from a close understanding of how work actually moves
Harshit Sharma’s experience began close to day-to-day factory operations in 2015 and later developed through his work as a Process Engineer. It created a practical understanding of stock movement, dispatch, follow-ups, ownership and the gaps that appear when teams depend on disconnected systems.
In 2023, he founded JSR Vertex to build web, mobile and automation solutions around real business needs. OperationHQ grew from the same approach: understand the process first, then give the team a system that makes execution easier to see and manage.
