Proposals and project engagements

Website descriptions are not a binding offer. The final scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees, taxes, milestones, acceptance criteria, timelines and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work or agreement accepted by both parties.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely information, approvals, content, credentials and access required for delivery. Delays or changes outside the agreed scope may affect timeline and commercial terms.

Intellectual property

Ownership of custom deliverables, source code, pre-existing materials, licensed components and third-party assets is governed by the applicable written agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, transfer of agreed project deliverables occurs after payment of all applicable dues.

Third-party services

Projects may use third-party software, APIs, hosting or licensed components. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by their respective providers and may change independently of JSR Vertex.

Warranties, support and liability

Testing, warranty periods and post-launch support are defined in the relevant agreement. To the extent permitted by law, JSR Vertex is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service failures or unauthorized changes made outside the agreed support arrangement.
